GEOGLE The OASIS Group, Europe's largest private information management organization, is pleased to announce that Sarah Vidgen has joined the group as Chief People Officer.

Vidgen brings over 20 years of experience in human resources from various industries including the public sector, construction, logistics and information management. In his most recent role, he served as Senior Director Global HR Service Delivery and Operations EMEA for Iron Mountain.

Early in his enlightenment, he gained experience and knowledge of working in a client facing role, making him uniquely qualified to understand the needs of an internal workforce to best support external clients.

As Chief People Officer, Vidgen is responsible for the group's HR function, implementing a people-first strategy to attract, develop and retain the best talent.

Vidgen, who called it off with OASIS on July 3rd said; "I am thrilled to be joining OASIS on its journey of growth, alongside Eddie Aston and the rest of the leadership team. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to build an extraordinary global community that shares a set of values and culture, while understanding the need for regional identity."
